Fans attending the 2026 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo will have complimentary transportation from 24 Las Vegas hotel properties, plus a one-way Cowboy Christmas route to the Thomas & Mack Center.

What was announced: NFR Express will operate 14 routes during all ten rounds, December 3–12, with hotel pickups beginning at 4 p.m. Pacific.

More coverage for NFR visitors

The 2026 shuttle plan is designed to reduce the pressure of arena traffic and parking during the busiest hours of NFR week. Complimentary routes will connect official sponsor hotels on the Strip, downtown and in other major resort areas with the Thomas & Mack Center.

A separate one-way route will depart from the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, allowing fans to travel directly from Cowboy Christmas to the arena. That route does not provide a return trip to the convention center.

Pickup and return times

Every 2026 NFR performance is scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m. Pacific, or 8:45 p.m. Eastern. NFR Express pickups begin at 4 p.m. Pacific, giving attendees time to reach the arena before opening ceremonies.

Return service continues until 9:45 p.m. Pacific. Shuttle service pauses during the main competition window from 6 p.m. through 8:15 p.m., so fans should not plan on leaving or arriving by Express during the performance.

Hotels included in the network

The 14-route network reaches 24 hotel properties. Stops include MGM Grand, Park MGM, The Orleans, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, Harrah’s, Horseshoe, Gold Coast, Palms, Rio, The D, Circa, Golden Nugget, Resorts World, Mandalay Bay, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, South Point and several other properties.

Some routes combine two or three hotels before continuing to the Thomas & Mack Center. Fans should confirm the exact entrance or bus-curb location at their property because the pickup point may differ from the normal rideshare area.

Planning for traffic still matters

Complimentary transportation removes the parking decision, but it does not eliminate Las Vegas traffic. Attendees should allow at least 20 minutes for normal travel conditions and additional time on crowded nights.

The strongest plan is to identify the route before leaving the hotel, arrive at the stop early and confirm whether the desired route is round-trip. With ten consecutive rounds and thousands of fans moving at similar times, a few minutes of preparation can make the difference between a calm arrival and a missed opening ride.
